Morfit – AI Image & Video Generation Platform

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Morfit (“Platform”, “Service”), an AI-powered image and video generation and editing platform owned and operated by Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its principal place of business in New Delhi, India, and offered to users globally.

By accessing or using Morfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 may only use Morfit with parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3. Strict Acceptable Use Policy (Zero Tolerance)

You MAY NOT use Morfit to create, upload, generate, edit, or distribute any content that includes:

A. Sexual & Obscene Content

  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Nudity intended for sexual arousal
  • Fetish or erotic content
  • Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)

B. Vulgar, Violent, or Disturbing Content

  • Obscene, indecent, or vulgar material
  • Graphic violence, gore, or cruelty
  • Content intended to degrade or dehumanize

C. Hate, Extremism & Communal Harm

  • Hate speech, slurs, harassment, or threats
  • Extremist or terrorist propaganda
  • Content promoting hostility between religions, castes, races, ethnic groups, genders, or nationalities

D. Anti-Religious or Deliberately Offensive Content

  • Content mocking, insulting, or defaming religious beliefs, figures, or symbols
  • Content intended to provoke religious or communal unrest

E. Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Criminal activity, fraud, or impersonation
  • Drugs, weapons, or illegal trade
  • Promotion of self-harm or suicide

F. Identity Abuse & Deepfakes

  • Non-consensual use of a real person's likeness
  • Deceptive or misleading deepfakes
  • Political or social manipulation using AI-generated media

Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice or refund.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Morfit uses automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms. Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Review, block, restrict, or remove content
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
  • Revoke credits or subscriptions without refund
  • Restrict access to features
  • Report illegal activity to authorities

5. User Content & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, store, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service
  • You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate
  • Morfit makes no guarantee of accuracy, originality, or suitability
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use

7. Payments, Credits & Refunds

  • Morfit may use subscriptions and/or credits
  • Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • Credits may expire as disclosed at purchase

8. Advertising & Sponsored Content

Morfit may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotions.

  • Ads may be contextual or personalized
  • Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd does not endorse advertised products or services
  • We are not responsible for third-party ads or external links
  • Ad-free plans may be offered
  • Sensitive personal data is not used for ad targeting.

9. Analytics & Usage Monitoring

Morfit uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and similar services to:

  • Monitor performance and stability
  • Understand feature usage
  • Improve user experience
  • Detect fraud and abuse

Collected data is aggregated or pseudonymized and does not intentionally include sensitive personal data.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Morfit is provided “AS IS”
  • Myrix Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These·Terms·are·governed·by·the·laws·of·India,·with·exclusive·jurisdiction·in·New·Delhi, without·prejudice·to·mandatory·consumer·protections·elsewhere.
